Target | CD39, also known as ENTPD1, is an ectoenzyme expressed on the surface of various immune cells, including regulatory T cells, dendritic cells, and some subsets of B and myeloid cells. It hydrolyzes extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP, playing a key immunomodulatory role by controlling purinergic signaling and contributing to immune suppression in the tumor microenvironment. |
