Recommendations
Use at an assay dependent concentration: 1µg/ml to 10µg/ml.
Optimal concentrations should be determined by the end user as this will depend on the concentration/dilution of the antibody.
This peptide blocks completely the immuno reactivity of the antibody in western blot and/or IHC by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody (pab0280) for 30 min at 37°C.
