Biotinylated Molecular Weight Markers
Applications
Biotinylated molecular weight markers have been developed for use as the standard for the estimation of the molecular weights of protein visualized with Chemiluminescent reagent.
The standard mixture contains nine proteins prepared by conjugation with biotin to give approximately aqual intensities when detected by X-ray film using streptavidin-peroxidase and Chemiluminescent reagent.
Moreover, the addition of two standard proteins conjugated to a blue dye (Prestained Markers) will allow to visualize the migration and check of transfer efficiency
