ELISA tests

The control of antibody production is performed by ELISA. The test permits the follow up of immunoreactivity of specific immunoglobulin to the antigen (Protein) which had previously been adsorbed to microtitration plates.

 

Two steps are necessary:

• Optimisation of ELISA method
• Titration of serum
  
  Type of sample: Purified protein: 200 – 300 µg
  
  This service includes 3 tests:
  
• 1. Pre-immune serum (0D) and the first test bleed
• 2. Second test bleed
• 3. Final bleeding
