Confidentiality Agreement
Covalab considers all enquiries and information given by the customer as highly sensitive and strictly confidential.
The peptides, conjugates, antiserum, hybridoma cell lines and antibodies resulting from the custom work remain the sole property of the purchaser. Our policy is not to disclose sequences, customer identity or any other order detail without the customer's authorisation.
However, before a project is discussed in detail, a non-disclosure agreement may be signed by both sides on request to assure absolute confidentiality.
Data protection statement: Information supplied will be held securely and confidentially on the Covalab's data base in accordance with the French data protection law act (01/06/1978). Data is used to answer to your demand. Any information will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to external organisations other than Covalab and agents acting for Covalab. You have a right of view and of modification about your information, if you wish so, please email to enquiries@covalab.com. We use the information we collect to provide the services you request.
