Monoclonal Antibody Production in vivo could be a good alternative method to obtain hight concentration of antibody (1 to 3 mg/ml) in ascitic fluid.

Client should provide
Hybridoma cells in culture medium shipped at 4 °C or frozen cells shipped in dry ice. (in this case 3 weeks more are necessary to expend cells in culture)
Additional informations :
To be accepted by cell culture service, each hybridoma must be accompanied by a material transfert sheet and a certificate testifying the absence of mycoplasma.

Additional information :
- This service is performed for a minimum order of 4 mice.
- The production of 10-20mg of antibody in ascitic fluid take about 1 month.
- Monoclonal Antibody can be purified .
